Mia Savage 


I am a dedicated student of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and am fortunate to have the opportunity to teach in the tradition of my teachers. I have been a student of yoga for over a decade, with the last six years spent on daily practice with Harmony and Jeff Lichty, Fiona Stang, and Seth Daley. As part of my training I assisted each of my teachers in their classes. I am filled with gratitude for all the teachers I have had in my life.

The focus of the Ashtanga practice is on synchronising movement with breath (vinyasa), energy control (bandha) and a focused gaze (dristhi). I hope to share an opportunity to play with asana as a way to research and understand ourselves. With consistent practice and a light heart, all is coming.
