Me’ira started developing her yoga practice in 2010 in Melbourne, Australia. Completed her 200 hour teacher training course in Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama in Patnem Beach, Goa in 2015 under Tarun Kranti Agrawal. Me’ira has since taught throughout Cambodia, from Song Saa Private Island to the Ankor Wat Bike 4 Kids event, before settling down here in Phnom Penh.
Me’ira likes to be creative in her asana sequencing. Her Vinyasa based flow classes focus on moving with the fluidity of the breath, mindful alignment and bringing together a harmony of strength, flexibility and balance. She incorporates a wide range of modifications in her classes, thereby creating an environment that is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Her aim is for her students to feel relaxed yet invigorated after a class.
