Isabelle established Nataraj Yoga in 2004, and began the intensive training program with the current Managers and teachers of Krama Yoga in 2008. Her experience as a yoga teacher in Cambodia was a personal journey of self-discovery and transformation, and the impulse behind establishing Krama Yoga was to enable a similar process of empowerment for others.
Isabelle believes that yoga itself is about opening your mind and learning to hear and inquire into your internal and external worlds, your thoughts, feelings and relationships. Such openness requires strength, vulnerability and courage, and begins by learning how to inhabit your own body. The reward of yoga is the relief of being able to accept what is immediate and simple and true.
Isabelle is currently living in Melbourne, Australia.
