Delphine is a development and humanitarian professional, with more than sixteen years of managerial experience in INGOs around the world. Yoga has been present in her life since her twenties, but it is only here in Cambodia, when she started taking classes with Isabelle, founder of Krama Yoga and Nataraj that she understood the real potential yoga could have on her life. In 2011, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training with Yoga Montreal’s owner: Hart Lazer. Soon after, she developed a strong interest in Iyengar Yoga and began to study under the guidance of Senior Teacher Justin Herold, owner of the Iyengar school of Thailand, in Bangkok. She passed her introductory I and II and got certified Iyengar teacher in June 2015. She teaches both public and private classes at the Nataraj studio and Samata, following the methodology of BKS Iyengar and his disciples.
Delphine has endless gratitude: for the compassionate teachers she had the chance to study with, and all her colleagues at Krama Yoga with whom she can experience yoga as a real tool for social change; for her fellow teachers at Nataraj and the students from whom she continuously learns.
