Dwi started her yoga journey in 2011 when moving back to Jakarta and was looking for a method to both exercise the body and calm the mind. Yoga changed her life since then.
Dwi continued learning and practicing after a 200-hours teacher training with Jonh Ogilvie – Bryon Yoga Centre Australia and was certified in 2013. Recently, she just completed the second part of Yoga Therapy Training also at the same centre this year to get deeper understanding of anatomy and how yoga can be modified for the individuals with special body conditions.
She started teaching in YTL Gaya Island Resort Sabah-Malaysia, with Jani Jaatinen Yoga Sala, various yoga studios and private sessions in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia before she moved to Phonm Penh at early of this 2014. Dwi has always been passionate to share the positive energy while teaching. Her classes are fun, unique and inspiring. She encourages each individual to find their own potential, enhancing their confidence and has often witnessed the change in their lives when their attitude on the mat is practiced in daily matters.
